General terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between us and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the available payment methods at checkout.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding these times does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

4. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please see our returns page for the full procedure.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order in question, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

All contracts are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
