This driving bit with a 45° rotating, slightly curved, and flat mouthpiece is specifically developed for Shetlands and smaller ponies. The design accommodates the anatomy of smaller mouths with a narrower mouthpiece (19 mm thick) and proportionally smaller cheeks. The slight curve and 45° angle ensure optimal pressure distribution on the bars, while the independently moving stainless steel cheeks allow for refined, unilateral action.
